The Cementon Bridge project involves the replacement of a nearly 100-year-old truss bridge spanning the Lehigh River on Route 329 between Cementon and Northampton. In addition to the new bridge construction, this project will include realigning an intersection with an at-grade railroad crossing, D&L Trail access improvements, curb and sidewalk, and eventually removing the old bridge structure, consisting of three through-truss spans and an approach span.
