President-Elect – Bernard Telatovich, P.E. - Bernie is a graduate of Lehigh University (BSCE) and University of Florida (JD). Bernie has worked for both private firms and public agencies as a civil engineer. He has also practiced law and performs expert witness services. He is currently a vice president of Benchmark Civil Engineering Services, Inc. He is the current Chair of the Lehigh Valley Engineering Council and serves on the Academic Advisory Board for Lehigh Career and Technical Institute.

Vice President - Reed Colton, E.I.T. - Reed works as a geotechnical engineer for Geo-Technology Associates in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. He has been involved with ASCE since he worked on the concrete canoe in college, and has served as Associate Member Director on the Lehigh Valley Section Board for the past two years. He was a member of the ASCE National Task Committee on Mentoring, where he participated in the development of an ASCE Pilot Program for Mentoring, and is currently a member of the ASCE National Committee on Career Development. He also serves as the interim chair for the Advisory Board of the Lafayette College Chapter of Engineers Without Borders and recently went to Honduras as mentor to a group of Lafayette students. Reed is a graduate of the University of Nebraska, Lincoln.

Secretary-Elect – Sean C. Dooley, Ph.D. – Sean C. Dooley graduated from Lehigh University in 1998 with a B.A. in Architecture and a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a focus in structures. Upon graduation he worked six months for the Swiss structural engineer Jurg Conzett in Chur, Switzerland, before being offered an opportunity to complete a doctorate on the historical development of structural form. Sean earned his Ph.D. from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne in 2004. While completing his doctorate, Dr. Dooley collaborated with his architect-wife to design and oversee the construction of a community health and education center in Sierra Leone, Western Africa, for the non-governmental organization Mercy Ships. This experience inspired him to pursue a career in site civil because of this discipline's profound impact on the appearance of the built environment and on overall environmental health. Dr. Dooley presently works for the civil and environmental engineering company F. X. Browne, Inc. in their Marshalls Creek, Pennsylvania office and resides in Stockertown, Pennsylvania with his wife and child.

Member Director – Peter Terry, P.E. - Pete is a graduate of Lehigh University (BSCE) and Villanova University (MCE). He has worked for NJ DOT and private consultants. He is currently the president of Benchmark Civil Engineering Services, Inc. He also serves on the ASCE Society Board of Direction as the Region 2 Director.

Associate Member Director – Scott Harney, P.E. - Scott is a graduate of Bucknell University (BSCE). He is a registered professional engineer working for Benchmark Civil Engineering Services, Inc. He is the Lehigh Valley Section Younger Member Forum President and has previously served on the LV Section Board. Scott is also very involved with College Hill Moravian Church.
